I had a delightful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a good amount of amenities and storage space. The service was genuinely friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was ideal, very downtown and in walking distance of downtown Spokane. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited breakfast options.
I checked into a room that had a ranky smelling aroma which was slightly masked by an electronic air freshener. The rooms themselves were decorated with a quirky and artistic touch, adding a unique charm to the space.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and adequate, although the floors were a bit squeaky. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The location was convenient, but the sound of passing freight trains could be bothersome. The dining experience was lacking, especially with the limited breakfast options.
